{"id":4706,"date":"2021-05-27T18:53:39","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T16:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urbe.aero\/corsi\/mpl\/"},"modified":"2023-05-13T04:58:50","modified_gmt":"2023-05-13T02:58:50","slug":"mpl","status":"publish","type":"corsi","link":"https:\/\/dev.urbe.aero\/en\/courses\/mpl\/","title":{"rendered":"MPL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Multi-crew Pilot Licence<\/strong> (MPL) <em>aims at satisfying rapidly the growing demand for new crew by commercial airlines.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Urbe Aero Flight Academy is the first flight school in Italy to be certified to issue the MPL linked to a specific training project for each airline company.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This is a path for airlines<\/em><em>&nbsp;that need<\/em><em>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<\/em><em>quickly&nbsp;<\/em><em>train&nbsp;<\/em><em>a specific number of<\/em><em>&nbsp;pilots. It is regulated by an agreement between an airline and a flight school,&nbsp;<\/em><em>so<\/em><em>&nbsp;it is not a path that can be chosen by the individual student&nbsp;<\/em><em>becouse<\/em><em>&nbsp;the&nbsp;<\/em><em>recruiting<\/em><em>&nbsp;of cadets is made directly by the company.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Thanks to its modern fleet, expert instructors and&nbsp;<\/em><em>a fair weather base<\/em><em>, Urbe Aero\u2019s MPL training has been designed to maintain a high standard of training for airline flights and prepare cadets to a multi-crew flight on specific aircraft.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The training allows new pilots to be ready immediately to work with a reference company without the need of further licences. The MPL allows you in about a year and a half to become an airline co-pilot and be employed by an airline on a specific aircraft. Urbe Aero is currently working with Alitalia in the training of new selected students. We have been chosen after a long selection process. The two-year process established us as perfectly suitable to support airlines in their MPL projects.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Train the best pilots for your company.
